in 20xx, kevin submitted a formal request under the process we established to reconsider the names of university spaces. after a review by our prominent committee of historians, humanists, and many other experts, we removed the winchell name.

kevin is graduating today, from a university changed for the better.

csg president daniel greene, who also graduates today, spent much of his time in office advocating for greater affordability, food security, mental health services, and diversity.

the results produced by csg this year include a housing survey, the expansion of a food pantry for students in need, greater mental health awareness, and a plan to help student organizations achieve their full potential.

今天上午在中心，等人收身份证复印件。同时发现大同许多营业厅都存在着诸多问题。我们每个实习生需要卖出25部手机，我给大家报的是25部。营业厅现在不以推g3手机为主导，所以有些时候实习生要想卖出手机就不那么容易了甚至可称得上是老大难的问题，今天成果比昨天好一些吧，实习生们也在慢慢适应着这样的生活。转眼一年就这样过去了，平淡无奇，说乏味也不为过。这就是一年，感情冲却平淡。无知渗透苍驳。回看物事，非也。不无去年的热情，缺失的是一种冲劲。滂沱，是遗漏。一年，嘿…下午和李旭去新华街营业厅，人们还都不错吧，积极待岗。机型的数量太少给我们完成任务造成了很大的困难，想办法。

今天去石经理那里核实下县区的告知短信发了没有发到。把县区实习生的衣服打包整理好送到薛师傅那里，派物流车给各个县区发下去。由于企业建站以及旺铺通任务的下达，和石经理商量看看后期的任务怎么完，说实话这个任务下达的有点滑稽，不在大学生所能承受的能力范围内。全省这几天都在搞g3手机营销以及企业建站，都不太好做。这几天在g3手机的营销中也出现了不少问题：

1.从7月20日初步准备此次实习活动，和大同移动公司市场部石经理联系后，组织进行市区、矿区、南郊区的面试以及上岗培训中，一切正常，县区由于报名人数以及县区特殊地理差异，致使面试培训时间较市区后延。现在已经步入正轨，大同地区现所有实习生正常上岗。

2.包括大同市七县四区在内，大同市实习生小分队共有几个。大部分分队配合营业厅，安排在营业厅内工作，展开g3手机的营销活动。其中机车厂小分队、新华街小分队、御河北路花城小分队、东关小分队等抽出部分实习生参加户外展销。中心营业厅、新华街营业厅参加户外ip电话以及g3宽带入网营销宣传。除中心营业厅有全部四款g3手机型号：中兴u230、华为t2211、中兴u215、中兴u500，其余营业厅大部分现存手机型号仅为中兴u230、华为t2211两款，不能满足客户需求。御新华都营业厅有中兴u500样机，东关营业厅连样机都没有，只有图片，给营销造成很大困难，顾客再看不到真机和样机后因缺乏信任度选择不买。机车厂营业厅没有实机，在实习生的解说下，决定买，可是光顾2次后，实机到位问题还是得不到解决。大同大学营业厅因放假期间学生太少，销量很成问题。另外，宣传彩页很缺。我们的优惠套餐何时能下来?

实习生反映看能不能提供更多的样机以及g3手机的品种能否加大，以增强吸引力。

3.对于企业建站和旺铺通两项任务，大同地区鉴于之前并没有分配这两项任务，而现在应省里要求不得不做。虽然很被动，但我们会努力。由于大同的新增企业数为零，所以完成这两项任务会很困难。时间上也存在着困扰。

快乐第二天。今天听西城主管说机车厂营业厅的营业员因为自身素质、态度太差，导致顾客原本要买的机子却迟迟卖不出去，很费劲啊。

实习生对企业建站和旺铺通两项任务不是很明确，有些看不懂，不知道任务量怎么算。甚至小队长和我提出看看能不能发动省公司给实习生办理集团小号，这样实习生之间联系方便，便于沟通。嘿嘿，想法是好的，可这根本不可能得到解决啊。

今天是晴天，微晴吧。

早上去了石经理办公室，看看县区的名单以及实习生的身份证复印件核实能扫描过来。地方分的太细，工作就会不太好做。

结果向阳里营业厅的实习生打来电话说有位顾客已经来过好多次想买中兴u500机型，而向阳里营业厅却迟迟没有到货。联系中心营业部却说货3天以后才可以到。实习生不想让顾客这么扫兴甚至说可以帮顾客到中心营业部来取机子。但一切都需要走程序。下单、发单没有一项可以逃过。

有些时候某情况某境遇真的会让你无能无力。

今天是8月3日，据说是男人节。

应石经理要求，开了大北街营业厅，临时调过4个人去大北街营业厅。

下午终于把名单收齐，终于把身份证复印件寄了克，真不容易。结果是全省最后一个，挨批啦。

不过今天傻不拉几的，发现一堆问题。可恶。明天得好好研讨下这个问题，不能这样啊。

回家。组委会说有广灵县实习生说在那实习天天不知道该干什么。其实我是一个一个打的电话唉…然后，晚上开始发高烧。巨猛。一下飙升39度。

早上体温38.4度。可是今天安排主管开会。而且要带实习生到大客户经理部学习，还是去吧。

今天下午在旱西关的三桥大厦各地市动感实习生团队长开了815中期会议。本来感觉好轻松的一个会议，结果跟我想像的不大一样啊，下午定的2点半开会，2点组委会孙老师就给我打电话问我在哪说让快点，真崩了。结果打车去旱西关，先在一楼打印了述职报告。上电梯7楼会议室，一进门就让我答卷子，整个过程还稍稍带点紧张，哈。然后就开会，令狐老师看起来很凶啊，孙老师、马老师还算谦逊。6点我们的会议结束。由于明天还要去组委会领银行卡和实习证明，所以晚上没有会学校，在宾馆住下，一起吃了饭。晚上和他们出去溜了溜姐，才知道明天是七夕。美好的节日，美好的爱情。晚上我和晋城团队长蔡金进一个房，小蔡和我是校友，比我低一届。完!

算是晴吧，难得。下午去中心打印实习生考核表。各个营业厅的人们都要盖章。营业员们也是相当辛苦的。各个队长们跑东跑西，因为明天要开会，县里的实习生都要来，真的担心他们的路途安全，所以还是每个县都确定了名单，真是千叮咛、万嘱咐，浑源县由于离市区距离远而且目前处于修路阶段，来一趟要5个小时。太汗啦~所以把开会时间定于明日下午。

昨天晚上临时决定今天中午举行队长会餐。时间很紧张，开会时间定在2点。

吃饭前怕会冷场啊，看来担心有点多余了。

饭后一行人到移动大楼开会，实习生已经来了不少了，接待处沙发去、大客户区全市实习生，因为还没到移动上班时间，组织他们去了3层的全球通多功能俱乐部。先前已经和石经理大好招呼。

今天主要是给实习生发工资卡以及实习证明。由于组委会只给了我先一部分的卡的名单而且目前为止还没有收到电子版，又怕给实习生发错，于是把每张卡号对好在家已经写上了实习生的名字且把各个营业厅的都已分好。第一批回来了79张，第二批回来了51张，总计130张，县区实习生因为身份证是扫描的所以很多银行卡都没有办下，共计人。

一切工作照常。还有小小插曲，也算是一种经历吧，在这暂且不谈。发卡后，各分属主管收齐实习生的考勤表、实习生考核表、实习生个人实践报告手写份、各队的团队总结以及优秀实习生推荐表后。最后的合影留念。

实习活动告一段落。一个月的实习，学到的东西是不一样的。我只能这么说，当东城主管马希文拿给我看东城东关团队的实习日志以及他们东城团队手写的博文时我很感动，是一种感动。东城东关营业厅实习生队长王晓飞，居然把他们每天实习生的排班表以及每天为哪些客户交费、有多少客户等等琐碎的东西都做成了电子版。说不出的是欣慰。大同市有150名动感实习生，但为有这样一个8人小团队可以做到这些。感触很深，由于开会时我没有拿到这些东西，如果拿到和其余的130多人说了又会是怎样的一种情况，我想象不到。

我们每个人在一生的实践当中又会有几次爬坡、几次叹服、几次幻想、几次挣扎，又会有几次挣扎、几次无奈。几次想要放弃、又会有几次战胜自己。多的。从容的。不能去平等的对待。20xx年的暑假我在向阳里营业厅实习，这是第一届暑期动感实习生活动。很新鲜，从最简单的对顾客说您好!请问您需要办理什么业务?开始，脸红、胆怯全然已失。那是大同第一年上了自助缴费机，帮顾客缴费，看着顾客无道理的和你争论，我们还小，营业厅的营业员就会又是那般话我们是服务行业，服务行业不好干。新鲜到去试机子的功能，也许这也和我们大一有关吧，朝气，现在确是没有啦，老油条。叹。20xx年的主管，看不惯他的种种做法，任务这样做那样做都不对，是什么就是什么，天天云荡，倒是履行了主管的责任，却在人情世故上做的太差。想想还是幼稚吧。说的好听点是单纯…今年的我，老了。熟悉了流程，经历过一遍对万事的看法也更改了一大截。想想他去年的做法，有些事的确不得不。
